For those interested in geting your immunizations - especially yellow fever
I have arranged for us to meet betwee 8 - 8:30 am Friday 4/6/01 at Camino
Medical Group Travel Clinic.
For those of you who have not already faxed me a copy of your insurance
card and patient information update please do so tomorrow am. This will
give me time to get your update into the computer and if I have a copy of
your insurance card I am able to verify eligibility and see if your
insurance covers immunizations.
